Ok. I restricted my internet on my iphone to be used only on Wi-Fi because i was about to go over my covered data. The data renewed so i unrestricted it. However, its like i didn't un restrict it at all. It still works on Wi-Fi but when its outside of Wi-Fi it won't connect. All of the settings is turned on for data to be used.
