Why my google

Before when I was openning Google and was serching anything with clicking on links it was always redirecting me to absolutely different sites. Sign in. Help. Help with People & sharing. I was able to move my USER folder. You can not tell me that Microsoft engineers are not smart enough to figure out how to move the PROGRAMS folder. Like BING, they just want it their way. I think that Google and other search engines should sue Microsoft over this issue. Or perhaps a Microsoft Users Group class action lawsuit. For some reason whenever I open chrome I can't see my cursor. I can still use it and click on stuff, I just can't see it. This only happens when I use google chrome.
